Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of online customer reviews, brand trust, product quality on purchasing decisions for Implora beauty cosmetic products in Sidoarjo. Shopee is a means to find out the results of reviews, trust and quality of an Implora product and can make this Implora product recognized by the public. The higher the product quality, the higher the purchasing decision will be and it can be seen that product quality respondents, such as customer responsiveness, have fulfilled customer desires. This research method uses quantitative research methods. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents from Shopee account followers. The sampling method used was the Purposive Sampling method with the type of technique used being Probability sampling. After that, testing or data processing was carried out using the t test and F test. Thus, the conclusion of this research is that a) There is no influence of online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for Implora beauty cosmetic products in Sidoarjo. b) There is an influence of brand trust on purchasing decisions for Implora beauty cosmetic products in Sidoarjo. c) There is an influence of product quality on purchasing decisions for Implora beauty cosmetic products in Sidoarjo. d) There is an influence of online customer reviews, brand trust, product quality on purchasing decisions for Implora beauty cosmetic products in Sidoarjo.
