Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect positively, significantly and simultaneously on motivation, work discipline and work environmentt on employee performance. This research was conducted at Bilka Supermarket Surabaya, located at Jl. Ngagel Jaya Selatan No.103. The total population is 150 employees andd 72 respondents. The type of research used is a quantitative approach. Methods of data collection using interviews, questionnaires, literature studies and observations. The analysis technique usess multiple regression analysis, t test and F test, validity test and reliability test. Data processing techniques and data analysiss using SPSS version 16. In the results of the study using multiple linear regression tests that answer the hypothesis it cann be concluded that the Effect of Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment influencess Employeee Performance. With the results of Motivation the value of tcount 20.461 which is greater than t tablee 1.666 and the value of sig 0.000. While the Work Discipline results of data processing t count 7.604 which is greater than 1,666 with the level of sig 0,000.
