Abstract
ABSTRAK PENGARUH SELF LEADERSHIP, SELF EFFICACY DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI BADAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAN ASET DAERAH KABUPATEN ENDE PROVINSI NUSA TENGGARA TIMUR Sebagai negara yang mendasarkan pada Pancasila dan Undang – undangDasar 1945 sudah sepantasnya setiap pelayanan publik yang dilakukan oleh pihak pemerintah maupun swasta harus memberikan pelayanan yang prima dan bermutu. Hal tersebut mengharuskan setiap unsur pelayanan publik memiliki keunggulan dan kualitas yang baik. Keunggulan dan kualitas yang baik sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja para karyawan atau pegawainya. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan berkompeten. Oleh karena itu, setiap instansi harus mengelolah sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki dengan baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja para pegawainya yang tentunya akan mempengaruhi kesuksesan suatu instansi. Kinerja pegawai dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya self leadership, self efficacy dan etos kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari self leadership, self efficacy dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Ende Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur” Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 60 pegawai dengan dasar Jumlah seluruh populasi adalah 60 pegawai (kurang dari 100). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan uji T, uji F dan uji R untuk menguji hipotesis. Secara keseluruhan, indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dinyatalan valid valid karena r hitung > r tabel (0,266) dan nilai r positif, maka butir pernyataan dikatakan valid. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa secara simultan self leadership, self efficacy dan etos kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Ende Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur” Kata Kunci : self leadership, self efficacy dan etos kerja
