Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kinerja karyawan dan keseimbangan kerja-hidup dengan gender dan masa kerja sebagai variabel moderator. Penelitian ini melibatkan 384 karyawan yang bekerja di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kontribusi masing-masing variabel terhadap variabilitas kinerja karyawan, analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi hierarki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan work life balance memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (R² <0,092, dan F Change<38.902). Penambahan gender dan masa kerja sebagai variabel moderator tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap hubungan tersebut. Model kedua hingga keempat menunjukkan nilai signifikansi di atas 0,05, yang mengindikasikan bahwa interaksi antara work-life balance dengan gender maupun masa kerja tidak cukup kuat untuk meningkatkan model secara signifikan.
