Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilisis dan mendeskrispikan Implementasi kebijakan parkir elektronik melalui technology readiness dalam mewujudkan smart city di kota surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori menggunakan teori Jan Merse. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Implementasi kebijakan parkir elektronik melalui technology readiness dalam mewujudkan samrt city di kota surabaya ini secara keseluruhan sudah cukup efektif, meskipun masih ada kendala yang bisa diatasi dengan monitoring dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Penerapan kebijakan ini mendukung pengembangan smart city dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup warga Kota Surabaya.
