Abstract

TIX ID is a cinema ticket booking application with the most users on Google Playstore. TIX ID itself has features in it that are informative, safe and fast which are easy to access and operate by users, but there are also some options that are still lacking, such as the transaction feature. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Digital Marketing and Customer Reviews on ticket purchasing decisions on the TIX ID application at XXI Tunjungan Plaza, Surabaya City. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were all TIX ID application users who watched cinema at XXI Tunjungan Plaza, Surabaya City. Meanwhile, the sample used 100 respondents. Types and sources of data use a quantitative approach with primary and secondary data. The data processing technique in this research uses SPSS. The data analysis tool uses the multiple linear regression method. The results of the research show that Digital Marketing and Customer Reviews on the TIX ID application have a strong influence together on ticket purchasing decisions on the TIX ID application at XXI Tunjungan Plaza, Surabaya City. Based on these conclusions, TIX ID should be able to make more use of it. marketing strategy using Digital Marketing and Customer Reviews by producing new features related to the payment transaction system and reminding each user to provide responses in the Customer Review column. Because these two variables can have an influence on ticket purchasing decisions on the TIX ID application at XXI Tunjungan Plaza, Surabaya City. So it is hoped that all transactions for purchasing movie tickets can be done directly using the e-money application without downloading the partner application again.
