Abstract

Based on initial observations that have been made at CV. X Tra Glass and Aluminum in Surabaya, it can be seen that the performance produced by employees is quite good but not optimal, where there are still several problems that can affect employee performance. The research objectives to be achieved in accordance with the formulation of the problems that have been described are to determine and analyze workload, work discipline and job saturation on employee performance at CV.X-Tra Glass and Aluminum in Surabaya. In field implementation, this study took primary data, namely by using a questionnaire. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with sampling methods using saturated sample techniques, namely using all 54 employees. To manage data using the SPSS version 20 program. The technical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using the t test and F test to test the hypothesis. The results of the analysis findings concluded that the workload variable (X1) partially had a negative and significant effect on employee performance (Y), work discipline (X2) partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), and burnout (X3) partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). As well as workload (X1), work discipline (X2), and work saturation (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Suggestions that can be recommended to the company are to ensure that the tasks assigned to employees are in accordance with their job description. This is important so that employees can complete tasks optimally and on time. To achieve this, the company needs to improve communication and implement clear and firm policies. Evaluation and feedback from the company to employees is also needed so that performance can be maintained. Support among employees and from superiors is also a key factor in reducing job burnout in the work environment. In future research, it is recommended to consider other variables such as work environment, organizational culture, compensation, and leadership style. By involving these variables, it is expected that the research results can be refined to achieve a better influence on employee performance.
