Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of human relations, work stress, and the work environment on the performance of employees at PT Kimia Farma Plant Watudakon Jombang. In this research, the sampling technique was non-probability sampling and data collection using a questionnaire for 92 employees. The data collection method was carried out through distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research is causal associative with a quantitative approach The data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests multiple linear regression analysis, as well as texts (for partial analysis) und Ftests (for simultaneous analysis), while classical assumption tests include linearity restt normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity test accompanied by calculation of the coefficient of determination. All data analysis was managed using SPSS version 25 statistical software The research results conchauded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between human relations on employee performance, this can be seen from the significance value of 0.000 0.05 Job stress partially has a significant but negative influence on employee performance, this can be seen from the significance value of 10.005 0.05 with the calculated being negative. The work environment partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, this can be seen from the t significance value of 0.000 0.05, Haman relations, work stress and the work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Kimia Farma Tbk Plant Warudakon Jombang with a significance f value of 0.000 0.05 It is hoped that this research can become a relevant source of reference and support in the decision-making process of PT Kimia Farme Plans Watudokon Jombang regarding aspects of human relations, work stress and the work environment. Furthermore, it is hoped that this research will be able to contribute new knowledge and perspectives regarding human relations, work stress and the work environment at PT Kimia Farma The Plant Watadakon Jombang
