Abstract

Iventory online technology is a technology that is very much needed,especially in the world of offices, companies, education, and even more so in small businesses such as shops or warehouses, because if the goods owned by a business are not structured or do not have the data directly obviously it will bring a loss and if it is recorded but only recorded manually (only in books) it is better if the data is stored online besides being able to be accessed anywhere and anytime online storage can also minimize data loss, therefore This technology is indispensable for a business. Just like the case study that will be discussed by the researcher, namely the Wa2nCell Store which has a lot of stock of cellphone and computer accessories but does not have clear details of data whether in stock or in and out of goods. Due to this problem, researchers have a solution, namely by creating an information system for storing goods for the Wa2nCell store. Information systems are a combination of information technology and the activities of people who use that technology to support operations and management. In a very broad sense, the term information system is often used to refer to interactions between people. To support this goal, researchers also use the UCD (User Centered Design) method. User Centered Design is a web development method that focuses on usability purposes, characteristics , users, environments, tasks and workflows in its design. The advantage of the User Centered Design (UCD) method is that program makers and users can communicate with each other about the design they want to use and argue with each other in the design because if the program design is considered difficult by the user or user, this program can be said no. successful because it can not help but make it difficult for the user or the user. In addition, researchers also use Servqual to help complete the system and also user research to help collect data that aims to get value that can be processed in terms of customer satisfaction in user expectations and perceptions.
