Abstract

CV. MAXIPLUS DIGITAL PRINTING SURABAYA which is located at Menganti Wiyung Surabaya, street is a digital printing company that is engaged in printing and services, both printing stickers, front lite / flexi (banner), art paper, canvas, id cards, stamps, key chains, acrylic, etc. This company has been running for 4 years which already has 1 branch on Darmo Indah Surabaya, Street. In the field implementation, this research took primary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires given to respondents who were considered to provide relevant answers to the research. As for secondary data in addition to primary data obtained, obtained from data obtained by researchers from manuals, literature compiled by experts, and various articles related to the problem under researched. This type of research will be used is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique in this study used factor analysis. These ten variables are reduced to several factors through factor analysis with the following test stages: Barlett’s test of spericity used to test whether the factors in the sample are related to each other, Kaiser-meyer-olkin (KMO) used to determine sample adequacy or sample feasibility measurement. Factor analysis is considered feasible if the magnitude KMO > 0,5 and Measure of sampling adequency (MSA) used to measure the relationship between variables with value MSA > 0,5. Obtaining the Chi-Square value from the test results barlett’s test of sphericity is amounting to 253.335 with significance value 0,000. With these results it can be interpreted that there has been a correlation between variables (significant <0.05). Meanwhile, if the results of the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy (KMO MSA) test are greater than 0.50 then the factor analysis technique can be continued. Based on the test results, it is known that the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy (KMO MSA) value of 0.719 is greater than 0.50. And then the variables in this research can be accepted and processed further. Based on the data analysis, it is concluded that the grouping of the dominant factors in demand is the consumer satisfaction factor.
