Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of training and work motivation on teacher performance, which is done using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to teachers at the PONOROGO 2 PGRI SMK School, as many as 50 respondents. Analysis of data in this study using multiple linear regression and using hypothesis testing: F test and test. This research data is done using SPSS 20 software. e results of the study showed that the effect of training and motivation on performance was as large as 0.636 and 0.309 with a significance of 0.025 for training and a significance of 0.07 for motivation, the Determination Coefficient of 0.404 with a significance level of 0.00 or F count of 15.910 exceeding F table3.20. So it can be concluded that Job Training (X1) and Work Motivation both partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of Ponorogo 2ST SMK PGRI Teachers (Y)
