Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of participant reporting information systems (sipp online) in the administration of labor BPJS in the BPJS Employment Office Surabaya Rungkut Branch. Data analysis in this study was conducted with qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the participant reporting information system (sipp online) in the administrative management of BPJS employment at the BPJS Employment Office in Surabaya Rungkut Branch was considered effective. This is evidenced by several things, including: a) the success of the program, showing that the processes and mechanisms in SIPP online are not complicated because it makes it easier for participants and the SIPP Online BPJS Employment is in accordance with the stated objectives; b) the success of the target; shows that the target that has been achieved is 80% of the total set previously and for now has become 88%. This condition shows that the online SIPP management target has reached the specified target; c)satisfaction with the program; shows that satisfaction with the program is still lacking because there are still companies that are not open because of lack of awareness in the technology side or can be said to be not technologically literate so that the company does not implement SIPP Online; d) level of input and output; shows that the level of input and output is seen from the percentage of participants who take care of SIPP Online with the number 88%. The acquisition of the figure is considered to have exceeded the predetermined target; and e) achievement of overall goals; shows that the BPJS has been maximal in implementing SIPP online because SIPP online makes it easier from the side of the person in charge of managing data and membership fees
