Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, quality of work-life, and work motivation on the performance of operational employees at Candi Baru Sugar Factory Sidoarjo with consumer confidence as a moderating variable. The population in this study were operational employees at the Candi Baru Sugar Factory, Sidoarjo Regency. The sample in this study was taken using a data collection method called purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 70 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique through the SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of operational employees at Candi Baru Sugar Factory, Sidoarjo. Quality of work life does not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of operational employees at the Candi Baru Sugar Factory, Sidoarjo. Work motivation has a positive effect on the performance of operational employees at the Candi Baru Sugar Factory, Sidoarjo. Trust has a positive effect on the performance of operational employees at the Candi Baru Sugar Factory, Sidoarjo. Trust has a positive effect on the performance of operational employees at the Candi Baru Sugar Factory, Sidoarjo. Organizational culture has no effect on employee performance with trust as a moderating variable. Quality of work life has no effect on employee performance with trust as a moderating variable. Work motivation affects employee performance with trust as a moderating variable. This shows that consumer confidence is proven as a moderating variable.
