Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Instagramable Destination Image dan Travel Experience terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali Generasi Z pada Wisata Kota Lama Kota Surabaya. Fenomena meningkatnya tren wisata berbasis visual serta kebutuhan generasi muda untuk berbagi pengalaman di media sosial menjadi dasar penting dilakukannya penelitian ini. Sebagai kawasan heritage yang telah direvitalisasi, Kota Lama Surabaya menawarkan perpaduan antara nilai sejarah dan estetika modern yang menjadikannya relevan untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner skala Likert. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 responden Generasi Z yang telah melakukan kunjungan ulang ke Kota Lama Surabaya. Sebelum dianalisis lebih lanjut, instrumen penelitian diuji menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, serta uji asumsi klasik melalui program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Instagramable Destination Image berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,055. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa daya tarik visual Kota Lama Surabaya tidak menjadi faktor utama yang mendorong Generasi Z untuk kembali berkunjung. Sebaliknya, Travel Experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan koefisien beta sebesar 0,620. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengalaman wisata yang menyenangkan, nyaman, dan memberikan kesan emosional menjadi faktor dominan dalam membentuk minat berkunjung kembali. Secara simultan, Instagramable Destination Image dan Travel Experience terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali, dibuktikan melalui nilai F sebesar 76,192 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan destinasi perlu memberi perhatian lebih pada peningkatan kualitas pengalaman wisata, tanpa mengabaikan penguatan citra visual sebagai strategi promosi digital. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengelola destinasi heritage dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang selaras dengan karakteristik wisatawan Generasi Z.
