Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan resiliensi dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada mahasiswa yang menjalin hubungan tanpa status (HTS). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 150 mahasiswa di Kota Surabaya yang memenuhi kriteria menjalin hubungan tanpa status. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan tiga skala psikologis yang mengukur dukungan sosial, resiliensi, dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji regresi linear berganda menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dan resiliensi secara simultan berhubungan signifikan dengan kesejahteraan psikologis (p = 0,000; p < 0,05). Namun, hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, dukungan sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis (t = - 1,569; p = 0,119; p > 0,05), sedangkan resiliensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis (t = 12,603; p = 0,000; p < 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi memiliki peran yang lebih dominan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa yang menjalin HTS, sementara dukungan sosial tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Dengan demikian, penguatan aspek resiliensi menjadi penting agar mahasiswa yang menjalin hubungan tanpa status mampu beradaptasi, mengelola emosi, serta mempertahankan kesejahteraan psikologisnya dalam dinamika hubungan interpersonal yang tidak terikat secara formal.
