Abstract

This study aims to identify and examine the influence of Work Engagement, Work Environment, and Employee Well-Being on Employee Loyalty at PT PLN Nusantara Power Unit Pembangkitan Gresik. The research adopts a quantitative approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire, with each variable measured using a Likert scale based on established indicators. The sample consisted of 67 employees, determined using the Slovin formula from a population of 200 employees with a 10% margin of error. A non-probability sampling technique was applied, using purposive sampling as the chosen approach. Data analysis involved statistical procedures, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis with F-tests and t-tests to evaluate the proposed hypotheses. All indicators used in this study were found to be valid (as the calculated r values exceeded the critical r-table value) and reliable (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.60). The classical assumption tests also confirmed that the data met the required criteria: (1) the normality test showed that the data were normally distributed, (2) the model was free from multicollinearity, and (3) no heteroscedasticity was detected. Based on the t-test results, the study concludes that: (1) Work Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty, (2) the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty, and (3) Employee Well Being has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty. The F-test results also indicate that Work Engagement, Work Environment, and Employee Well-Being simultaneously exert a significant influence on Employee Loyalty at PT PLN Nusantara Power Unit Pembangkitan Gresik.
