Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of employee well-being, job stress, and workload on job satisfaction among employees of CV. Jaya Mandiri Tinja Gresik, both partially and simultaneously. The research is motivated by the decline in the number of employees and the increase in complaints related to work pressure and workload, which potentially reduce job satisfaction. This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The population consists of 57 employees in the marketing division, all of whom were taken as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS 27 through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that, partially, employee well-being has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while job stress and workload have a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, employee well-being, job stress, and workload have a significant effect on job satisfaction, with an R² value of 0.668, indicating that 66.8% of the variance in job satisfaction is explained by these three variables, while the remaining 33.2% is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening employee well-being programs and managing job stress and workload proportionally in order to maintain employee job satisfaction and performance.
