Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Life Balance, Organizational Commitment, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. PLN Unit Induk Transmisi JBM. The background of this research is based on the dynamic performance conditions of employees, which are increasingly influenced by the ability to balance work demands with personal life, the level of emotional and psychological attachment to the organization, and the motivation to carry out job responsibilities effectively. In the context of organizational development, employee performance plays a crucial role in achieving corporate goals and ensuring sustainable operational performance. This study employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design to examine the causal relationships between the variables studied. The research population consists of 50 employees of PT. PLN Unit Induk Transmisi JBM. Based on the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10%, a total sample of 50 respondents was obtained, indicating that the entire population was used as the research sample. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression techniques, supported by statistical tests including partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²) to measure the contribution of independent variables to employee performance. The results of the analysis show that Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, indicating that employees who experience a balanced distribution between work and personal life tend to demonstrate better performance. Organizational Commitment also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, suggesting that employees with strong loyalty and attachment to the organization are more likely to perform optimally. Furthermore, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, reflecting that higher motivation levels encourage employees to work more productively and responsibly. Simultaneously, Work Life Balance, Organizational Commitment, and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. PLN Unit Induk Transmisi JBM. This indicates that the integration of these three factors plays an important role in improving overall employee performance. The findings of this research are expected to contribute both theoretically and practically, serving as a reference for future academic research and as a consideration for management in formulating human resource development strategies and performance improvement policies at PT. PLN Unit Induk Transmisi JBM.
