Abstract

Dalam upaya untuk mendukung tercapainya tujuan perusahaan, organisasi harus memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas serta dapat beradaptasi secara efektif terhadap tuntutan dan dinamika perusahaan. Kualitas sumber daya manusia tidak hanya diukur dari aspek kompetensi teknis semata, melainkan juga dari sejauh mana karyawan memiliki engagement terhadap pekerjaannya dan organisasinya. Namun, employee engagement tidak dapat terbentuk secara otomatis, melainkan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor psikologis dan organisasional yang dirasakan karyawan dalam lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sense of belonging dan perceived organizational support dengan employee engagement pada karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 44 karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui skala employee engagement, skala sense of belonging dan skala perceived organizational support, yang kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sense of belonging dan perceived organizational support secara simultan memiliki hubungan yang sangat signifikan dengan employee engagement (F= 16.574 ; R= 0.669 ; atau dan p = 0.000 < 0.01). Di samping itu, secara parsial sense of belonging dengan employee engagement menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dan sangat signifikan (t= 3.336 ; p = 0.002 < 0.01), sedangkan perceived organizational support dengan employee engagement menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dan sangat signifikan (t= 3.224 ; p = 0.002 < 0.01).
