Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe some form of organizational communication style that employees use in achieving team targets, and analyze the influence of organizational communication on achievement, inYes.Set targets.This research approach uses a quantitative research approach.This research was conducted at the office of PT.Maha Sentral Sejati Surabaya is located at Jl.Kalibokor 17 Surabaya.The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample consisting of 30 employees.The data analysis techniques in this study used statistical tests, namely group analysis (meancluster) and inferential analysis (chisquare) to test the influence of organizational communication style (X) with performance (Y). The results of this study explained that the organization's communication style proved to have a significant effect on the achievement of SPS team work targets at PT.Maha Sentral Sejati Surabaya Furthermore, the results of the crostabs test, are known that most leadership communication styles fall into assertive clusters.This shows the leadership of PT.Maha Sentral Sejati gives confidence to all employees to apply their abilities in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
