Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan Perum DAMRI Cabang Surabaya. Fluktuasi presentase pada tiap bulan dalam rentang bulan Januari hingga Juni. Nilai tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Februari sebesar 97,65%, sedangkan nilai terendah terjadi pada bulan Maret sebesar 94,86%. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, analisis normalitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan analisis koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS 22. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh staff Perum DAMRI Cabang Surabaya yang berjumlah 45. Hasil dari penelitian ini uji normalitas mendapatkan nilai sebesar 0,820,5 yang artinya mendapatkan hasil positif dan signifikan. Hasil dari penelitian yang didapatkan ujit menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan employee engagement berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, sedangkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam uji koefisien determinasi didapatkan hasil data 51,5% yang dapat dijelaskan oleh kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan employee engagement, sedangkan sisanya 48,5% dapat dijelaskan oleh pengaruh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis.
