Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebersyukuran dan kesejahteraan subjektif pada ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja di sektor formal. Kesejahteraan subjektif mencakup penilaian individu terhadap kepuasan hidup serta keseimbangan antara emosi positif dan negatif, sedangkan kebersyukuran dipahami sebagai sikap menghargai dan mensyukuri pengalaman hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan subjek ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja di sektor formal di Indonesia sebanyak 127 responden yang diperoleh melalui teknik insidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari skala kebersyukuran dan skala kesejahteraan subjektif yang digunakan untuk mengukur masing-masing variabel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan korelasi Spearman’s Rho karena data tidak memenuhi asumsi normalitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kebersyukuran dan kesejahteraan subjektif (r = 0,604; p < 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kebersyukuran yang dimiliki individu, semakin tinggi pula kesejahteraan subjektif yang dirasakan. Selain itu, kebersyukuran memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 36,4% terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif. Dengan demikian, kebersyukuran berperan sebagai sumber daya psikologis internal yang penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan subjektif ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja di sektor formal di tengah tuntutan peran ganda yang dijalani.
