Abstract
Penelitian ini menguji hubungan Psychological Capital dan Psychological Activity terhadap Psychological Well-Being pada Generasi Z pengguna TikTok di Surabaya. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan 385 responden berusia 15- 29 tahun. Instrumen penelitian meliputi Skala Psychological Well-Being (α=0,972), Skala Psychological Capital (α=0,975), dan Skala Psychological Activity (α=0,960). Analisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman rho. Hasil menunjukkan hubungan negatif signifikan antara Psychological Capital dengan Psychological Well-Being (r=- 0,500, p<0,001) dan Psychological Activity dengan Psychological Well-Being (r=- 0,484, p<0,001). Temuan mengindikasikan individu dengan modal psikologis dan keterlibatan psikologis tinggi mengalami penurunan kesejahteraan akibat evaluasi diri berlebihan dan tekanan perbandingan sosial di lingkungan digital tiktok. Penelitian menegaskan pentingnya keseimbangan dalam mengelola sumber daya psikologis pada era digital.
