Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi berdasarkan fenome yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan kajian tentang pengaruh Self-Efficacy, Employee Well-being dan Job Enrichment terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Berkatama Mulia Saputra Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 46 responden karyawan. Hasil perhitungan Self Efficacy diperoleh nilai thitung untuk sebesar 4,558 dan nilai probabilitas Sig 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hasil perhitungan Employee Well-being, diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 4,099 dan nilai probabilitas Sig 0,042 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Employee Well-being berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai thitung untuk variabel Job Enrichment sebesar 7,948 nilai probabilitas Sig 0,000 < 0,005. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Job Enrichment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
