Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang evaluasi kebijakan penyelenggaraan kepemudaan dalam rangka pengembangan kewirausahaan di Kabupaten Bojonegoro, yang berdasarkan Teori Daniel L. Stufflebeam dengan model CIPP. Model CIPP ini sendiri terdiri dari Konteks(Context), Masukan (Input), Proses (Process), dan Produk (Product) Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggabungkan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Data diperoleh melalui teknik pengumpulan seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis melalui tahap pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa evaluasi kebijakan penyelenggaraan kepemudaan dalam rangka pengembangan kewirausahaan di Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan ini telah menghasilkan beberapa capaian positif, terutama terkait peningkatan kompetensi dan motivasi pemuda. Namun, hasil yang dicapai masih bersifat jangka pendek dan belum memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi pemuda. Perlu dilakukan penguatan input melalui penambahan SDM kompeten, peningkatan sarana praktik, serta penyusunan perencanaan data kebutuhan pemuda. Pemerintah daerah dapat menjalin kemitraan lebih luas dengan sektor swasta, lembaga bisnis, perguruan tinggi, dan komunitas wirausaha untuk memperkaya materi pelatihan dan menyeidiakan akses fasilitas pendukung kewirausahaan. Dengan hal tersebut, kebijakan penyelenggaraan kepemudaan diharapkan mampu memberikan dampak nyata terhadap munculnya lebih banyak wirausaha muda yang berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Bojonegoro.
