Abstract

The growth or failure of a company is influenced by internal factors. A company is a collection of strategic and productive resources that are unique, rare, complex, complementary, and difficult for competitors to imitate. A company's competitive advantage must be based on special resources that become barriers to imitation activities and threats from substitute products or services. One company that can be expected to apply the principles of green industry is PT. Prodia Widyahusada Tbk, Diponegoro Surabaya branch, which was built with a green building concept. Therefore, this study aims to test Green Transformational Leadership to improve Person Organization Fit through Personal Environmental Commitment and Employee Engagement at PT. Prodia Widyahusada Tbk, Diponegoro Surabaya branch. This study is a quantitative study with a saturated sample technique, so the population and sample used in the study were 77 employees of PT. Prodia Widyahusada Tbk, Diponegoro Surabaya branch. The data collection technique used in the study was a questionnaire. In this study, the SEM-PLS method was used. The results of this study show that (1) Green Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Personal Environmental Commitment, (2) Personal Environmental Commitment has a significant effect on Person Organization Fit, (3) Green Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Person Organization Fit, (4) Green Transformational Leadership does not have a significant effect on Employee Engagement, (5) Employee Engagement does not have a significant effect on Person Organization Fit.
