Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara Budaya Organisasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Guru SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya. Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di sekolah sangat penting, dan OCB berperan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan populasi 110 guru dan sampel 86 guru yang diambil secara acak. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Google Form dengan Skala Likert untuk mengukur OCB (23 aitem valid) dan Budaya Organisasi (39 aitem valid). Uji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan SPSS versi 25 menunjukkan reliabilitas OCB sebesar 0,907 dan Budaya Organisasi sebesar 0,981. Uji normalitas menunjukkan data tidak berdistribusi normal (Sig. 0,013), sehingga analisis menggunakan uji non-parametrik Spearman's Rho. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai korelasi 0,745 dengan signifikansi p=0,000 (p < 0,01), yang membuktikan adanya hubungan positif dan sangat signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi dan OCB. Semakin tinggi Budaya Organisasi, semakin tinggi OCB guru. Kategorisasi data menunjukkan mayoritas subjek (32,6%) berada pada tingkatan OCB rendah, dan mayoritas (34,9%) pada tingkatan Budaya Organisasi rendah. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan budaya organisasi untuk mendorong keterlibatan aktif guru dan meningkatkan OCB di sekolah.
