Abstract

Dalam masa dewasa awal, individu akan mengalami berbagai tantangan dan tanggung jawab baru, seperti menyelesaikan pendidikan, memasuki dunia kerja, membangun hubungan sosial, mencapai kemandirian finansial, serta berusaha melakukan pengembangan diri. Dukungan sosial dan resiliensi menjadi peran penting dalam meningkatkan psychological well-being. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan resiliensi dengan psychological well- being pada masa dewasa awal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Instagram story, Whatsapp, dan X. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel dukungan sosial, resiliensi, dan psychological well-being. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dan psychological well-being sebesar 0.000 (p<0,01). Sementara resiliensi dan psychological well-being menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang signifikan sebesar 0.000 (p<0,01). Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi dukungan sosial dan resiliensi yang dimiliki individu, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat psychological well-being yang mereka capai.
