Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of reward and recognition programs, as well as job satisfaction, on the performance of operational employees at BCA KCU Veteran. The background of the study lies in the importance of enhancing employee performance in response to high operational demands, where reward, recognition, and job satisfaction are key factors in fostering motivation and work loyalty. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 66 operational employees at BCA KCU Veteran and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The independent variables in this study are reward (X1), recognition (X2), and job satisfaction (X3), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The results show that both partially and simultaneously, the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Rewards in the form of salary, allowances, and incentives effectively increase motivation. Recognition, which includes appreciation for performance and dedication, also boosts morale. Meanwhile, high job satisfaction is directly correlated with employee productivity and loyalty. This study recommends that the company continues to improve its reward and recognition systems and create a work environment that supports job satisfaction, in order to achieve optimal employee performance.
