Abstract

SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya (SMAN 12 Surabaya), yang dikenal dengan sebutan "SMANDALAS," didirikan pada tahun 1982. Pada awalnya, kegiatan pembelajaran dilaksanakan di gedung SDN Pakal 1 No. 119, Benowo, selama satu tahun sambil menunggu pembangunan gedung permanen selesai. Gedung baru tersebut mulai digunakan pada tanggal 9 Desember 1983, sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan No. 377/104.1.1/E5.83/SK. Saat ini, SMAN 12 Surabaya berlokasi di Jl. Sememi Kidul No. 1, Kecamatan Benowo, Surabaya Barat. Sekolah ini memiliki luas tanah sekitar 30.000 m² dan dilengkapi dengan berbagai fasilitas untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran baik di luar kelas maupun di luar kelas seperti ruang kelas, laboratorium, perpustakaan, masjid, arena bermain, hutan sekolah, taman sekolah, lapangan upacara, lapangan olah raga, ruang terbuka hijau, ruang kesenian dan lainnya. Sekolah ini juga dilengkapi fasilitas kamar mandi yang mencukupi bagi seluruh warga sekolah, ruang UKS, ruang pertemuan, aula, green house, kolam ikan, tambak ikan serta kebun sekolah. SMAN 12 banyak meraih prestasi baik di bidang akademik dan non akademik. Hal ini tidak lepas dari kerjasama yang baik antara pimpinan sekolah, guru, karyawan, peserta didik dan wali siswa. Setiap pimpinan yang memimpin di SMAN 12 Surabaya memiliki program yang mendukung prestasi siswa dan gurunya. Pada tahun 2025 ini, SMAN 12 Surabaya menjadi pilot project program ”Food School Care” sebagai implemantasi mendukung program ketahanan pangan nasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self Leadership, Work Ability, Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Burnout dan Kinerja Guru di SMAN 12 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah Guru di SMAN 12 Surabaya. Pemilihan responden dilakukan dengan metode non-probability sampling jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 64 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel self leadership, work ability, iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap burnout dan Kinerja Guru di SMAN 12 Surabaya.
