Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is a relationship between Quality of Work Life and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, as well as to analyze whether there is a relationship between Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with a population of 104 employees from PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya, selected through a saturated sampling technique. The data will be analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 24.0 for Windows. The results of the simultaneous analysis show an F value of 51.021 with a significance of p = 0.000 (p < 0.01), indicating that Quality of Work Life and organizational commitment have a simultaneous relationship with Organizational Citizenship Behavior in employees. The partial test results show a positive relationship between Quality of Work Life and Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a t score of 3.901 and a significance of 0.000 (p < 0.01). Additionally, the partial test also shows a positive relationship between Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a t score of 3.253 and a significance of 0.002 (p < 0.01).
