Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian fundamental yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ilmu dengan penelitian terdahulu yang digunakan sebagai rujukan. Fokus dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh organizational innovation climate terhadap psychological ownership, psychological ownership terhadap employee innovative behavior dan organizational innovation climate terhadap employee innovative behavior. Model kerangka konsep diujikan pada Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan, yaitu pada bulan September 2024 hingga Desember 2024. Penelitian ini mengacu pada Resource Based Theory (RBT). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausalitas, yaitu hubungan sebab akibat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa organizational innovation climate berpengaruh terhadap psychological ownership, psychological ownership tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee innovative behavior dan organizational innovation climate berpengaruh terhadap employee innovative behavior pada karyawan di Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Hasil uji yang menunjukkan pengaruh dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Sementara itu, hasil yang tidak menunjukkan pengaruh dapat dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut.
