Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keterlibatan Karyawan, Pengembangan Karir, dan Komunikasi Internal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV.Berkat Utama Perkasa Nganjuk Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuisioner. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV.Berkat Utama Perkasa Nganjuk Jawa Timur yang berjumlah 55 orang. Hasil dari penelitian yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F menunjukan bahwa Keterlibatan Karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Komunikasi Internal berpengaruh positif dan siginfikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan serta, Keterlibatan Karyawan, Pengembangan Karir, dan Komunikasi Internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dalam uji koefisien determinasi didapatkan hasil data sebesar 75,6%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterlibatan karyawan, pengembangan karir, dan komunikasi internal memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 75,6% dan sisanya 25,4% diperengaruhi oleh variable lain diluar penelitian.
