Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kematangan emosi dan efikasi diri terhadap stres kerja pada karyawan divisi marketing PT X. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya tuntutan pekerjaan di industri jasa internet, yang dapat menyebabkan stres kerja. Stres kerja, jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, dapat berdampak pada produktivitas dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Kematangan emosi dan efikasi diri merupakan dua faktor psikologis yang dianggap berperan dalam mengurangi stres kerja. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada sejumlah karyawan PT X. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode statistik korelasional untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kematangan emosi dan efikasi diri dengan tingkat stres kerja. Karyawan dengan kematangan emosi yang lebih tinggi cenderung mampu mengelola emosi negatif dalam situasi kerja, sedangkan efikasi diri yang tinggi membantu meningkatkan keyakinan dalam menghadapi tantangan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada bidang psikologi industri dan organisasi, khususnya dalam mengembangkan strategi pengelolaan stres kerja melalui penguatan aspek kematangan emosi dan efikasi diri karyawan
