Abstract
The role of resilience is very important for students who are active in organizations because students who are active in organizations face dual demands, namely academic demands and organizational responsibilities. This study aims to determine the relationship between resilience with academic burnout in students who are active in organizations. This study is a quantitative research that uses correlational quantitative research. Sampling technique in this study using proportionate stratified sampling method with a sample of 294 students. Analysis techniques using pearson product moment with the help of IBM SPSS 27.0 for windows program that obtained a correlation of -0.597 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the correlation is very significant between the two variables resilience to academic burnout. The results obtained that there is a negative relationship between resilience with academic burnout in students who are active in organizations. So, the hypothesis in this study is acceptable. this means that the higher the resilience, the lower the academic burnout, and vice versa, the lower the resilience, the higher the academic burnout.
