Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Effect of Environmental Performance, Company Size and Financial Performance on Company Value with Risk Management as a Moderating Variable for Environmental Performance in Mining Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses quantitative methods with secondary data sources. The population in this study were 69 mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023 with a sample of 13 companies selected based on purposive sampling method with certain criteria. This study uses independent variables including environmental performance proxied by PROPER and GRI indicators, company size proxied by total assets and total revenue indicators, financial performance proxied by ROA and ROE indicators, and risk management as a moderator of environmental performance with risk maturity level indicators. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. The results showed that environmental performance has a significant effect on firm value. Company size, financial performance and risk management variables as moderating environmental performance, and together (simultaneously) do not show a significant effect on firm value. The coefficient of determination (R) of 0.178 indicates that the three independent variables and one moderation variable are only able to explain 17.8% of the variation in Firm Value, while the remaining 82.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research model.
