Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing communication strategy implemented by CV Rensa Wallpaper in increasing brand awareness using the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) approach. In the context of increasingly tight competition in the wallpaper industry, companies need to integrate various communication elements to create consistent and attractive messages for consumers. This study uses an inductive qualitative research type which is conducted to find out how CV Rensa Wallpaper's marketing communication strategy is in increasing Brand Awareness. This inductive qualitative research is expected to provide a comprehensive description of information on various aspects, where data is obtained through interviews with company management, observations of marketing activities, and analysis of communication materials used and documentation. The results of the study indicate that CV Rensa Wallpaper has implemented an IMC strategy that includes advertising, sales promotion, digital marketing, and public relations in an integrated manner. The use of social media and attractive advertising campaigns contribute significantly to increasing brand visibility, while attractive sales promotions have succeeded in encouraging consumer buying interest. In addition, active public relations help build a positive image of the company in the eyes of the public. This study concludes that the implementation of an IMC based marketing communication strategy can be effective in increasing brand awareness, and companies need to continue to adapt to market developments to achieve optimal results.
