Abstract

Wisata Setigi implements various marketing strategies to attract visitors and strengthen its positive image as a leading tourist destination. This research aims to analyze the application of the marketing mix elements (4P), including product, price, place, and promotion, in building Wisata Setigi’s positive image. Using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach, the findings show that Wisata Setigi successfully creates an enjoyable tourism experience by continuously developing attractions and facilities that combine education and entertainment while showcasing local culture. In terms of pricing, affordable rates, free access for local residents, and group discounts reflect Setigi's commitment to accommodating visitors' purchasing power. Despite the challenging location within a limestone quarry, efforts to enhance accessibility through infrastructure development in collaboration with the local government show dedication to improving visitor convenience. Additionally, promotional strategies via social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, alongside collaborations with local influencers and cultural events, have significantly raised public awareness about Setigi’s attractions. The study concludes that Wisata Setigi’s marketing mix strategy effectively attracts more visitors while fostering a positive image that supports local economic growth and community empowerment. The success of its marketing communications has enhanced Setigi's reputation as a destination offering natural beauty, educational experiences, and rich local culture.
