Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur aset dan struktur modal berpengaruh terhadap Value of The Firm melalui earning management, corporate social responsbility disclosure (CSRD) dan kesehatan keuangan dengan good corporate governance (GCG) sebagai pemoderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan. Jumlah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia berjumlah 48 perusahaan. Metode Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Non probability sampling dengan teknik Purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan 10 sampel Perusahaan yang memenuhi syarat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data atau informasi sekunder yang diolah menggunakan metode statistik dan software PLS. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini mengkungkapkan bahwa Struktur asset berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Earning management dan Value of The Firm. Sedangkan, struktur asset berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap CSRD, namun, struktur asset berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kesehatan Keuangan. Struktur modal berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Earning management dan Kesehatan Keuangan. Struktur modal berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap CSRD. Sedangkan, struktur modal berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Value of The Firm. Earning management berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap CSRD. CSRD berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kesehatan keuangan. Earning management berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Value of The Firm. CSRD berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Value of The Firm. Kesehatan keuangan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Value of The Firm. Earning management berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Value of The Firm dengan GCG sebagai pemoderasi. CSRD berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Value of The Firm dengan GCG sebagai pemoderasi. Kesehatan keuangan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Value of The Firm dengan GCG sebagai pemoderasi.
