Abstract
CV Sinar Kharisma Indonesia merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan kantong plastik. CV Sinar Kharisma Indonesia telah berkembang dan terus melakukan riset guna meningkatkan kualitas produksi dengan menempatkan tenaga ahli yang profesional. Selama masa perkambangan, CV Sinar Kharisma Indonesia sudah mencapai berbagai daerah pemasaran yang mencakup seluruh Indonesia dan memiliki daya saing yang baik di pasaran.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, dan disiplin kerja pada kinerja karyawan CV Sinar Kharisma Indonesia di Sidoarjo. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Beberapa analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Hipotesis Parsial, Uji hipotesis simultan, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Sedangkan Uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas , Uji Heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Sinar Kharisma Indonesia di Sidoarjo, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Sinar Kharisma Indonesia, disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dansignifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Sinar Kharisma Indonesia di kota Sidoarjo. Dan berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dijelaskan bahwa lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, dan disiplin kerja secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Sinar Kharisma Indonesia di Sidoarjo.
