Abstract

Futsal is a combination of two Spanish words: "futbol" which means soccer and "sala" which means room. This game is played by a team of five players, including one goalkeeper. The reason researchers are interested in conducting this study is to see the high interest in futsal among young people. This researcher wants to know whether Quality and Price affect customer loyalty at GOOL Futsal Surabaya. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the combined effect of Service Quality and Price on Customer Loyalty at GOOL Futsal Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study involved 100 futsal players domiciled in Surabaya. The results of this study are that Service Quality and Price have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty at GOOL Futsal Surabaya both individually and together. Service Quality and Price have a strong impact on Customer Loyalty. Thus, it can be concluded that Customer Loyalty is greatly affected by the Quality of Service and Price set by GOOL Futsal Surabaya. The author's recommendation is expected that the following suggestions can provide valuable ideas that will ultimately increase other Customer Loyalty. Among them: Service Quality is already good in the eyes of consumers. With this good Service Quality, it must continue to be improved so that it is more in demand by many people. Then the GOOL Futsal Surabaya company in the future must innovate more, in increasing Customer Loyalty, seeing the increasingly rapid market competition. The price set by the GOOL Futsal Surabaya company is in accordance with what visitors get. Therefore, the company should maintain this position so that Customer Loyalty does not decrease. This study can also be used as a reference and collection for the library of the University of August 17, 1945 Surabaya, it is hoped that this study can increase the knowledge of the author of this study can be used as a consideration for the GOOL Futsal Surabaya Company.
