Abstract

ABSTRACT This research examines the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and work environment on employee performance decisions in the Sub�Finance Department of Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Human Settlements, East Java Province. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method which contained a list of questions regarding each variable studied. The respondents in this research were employees in the sub-finance department of the Public Housing, Settlement Areas and Cipta Karya Department of East Java Province who worked in the sub-finance department of the Public Housing, Residential Area and Cipta Karya Department of East Java Province. The sample used in this research was 54 students. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 25 program. Hypothesis testing used the t test, F test and Coefficient of Determination test. The results of this research show that: (1) organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, (4) organizational culture, work motivation, work environment simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance.
