Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of IT Capability, Burnout, and Reward Systems on Turnover Intention among PT employees. Juna Sentosa Logistics Sidoarjo. This research took respondents from all employees at PT. Juna Sentosa Logistics, totaling 54 people. This research takes primary data, namely by using a questionnaire. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to test hypotheses, validity tests and reliability tests. Meanwhile, the classical assumption tests used include normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. The results of this research are that IT Capability, Burnout, and Reward System simultaneously have a significant effect on Turnover Intention, IT Capability has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention, Burnout has a positive effect on Turnover Intention, and the Reward System has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention.
