Abstract

Business developmentsin this era of globalization,there aremany culinary businesses that are developing rapidly which are popular with the millennial generation, especially in the food industry, it cannot be stopped, it will continue to grow and various innovations emerge and have different characteristics. In tight business competition, there are many competitors that business people need to pay attention to, which can pose a serious threat. This phenomenon covers the whole world, marketing strategies can be used to encourage purchasing decisions at Mr Suprek. You must be ready to face competition, because currently many new restaurants are emerging with the same theme and development can befaster. Mr Suprek restaurants have cheap and delicious menus. alone is not enough to capture market share and is a problem in increasing purchasing decisions to attract and retain consumers. This research uses a quantitative research method approach using non-probability methods (non-random sampling) and data collection using a Google Form questionnaire. The results of this research state that the variables Physical Evidence, Price Perception and Service Quality have a partial and simultaneous influence (together) on purchasing decisions at Mr Suprek.
