Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is an Effect of Exposure to Tasya Farasya's Review Content on Beauty Products on The Consumptive Behavior of UNTAG Surabaya Communication Science Students. This research was conducted on communication science student class of 2020. With a total of 62 respondents whose answers were collected through a questionnaire. The theories used in this study are, namely, Behaviorism, S-R and Media Exposure theories. These three theories are interconnected where individual behavior is influenced by external factors such as exposure to social media so as to cause a response. Researchers use quantitative methods with explanatory types. With the results of the study which states that, Exposure to Tasya Farasya Review Content has an effect of 58.9%. From the results of the correlation coefficient, it is explained that the relationship between Exposure to Tasya Farasya Review Content and Consumptive Behavior is 0.768. This shows that the relationship between the two variables is “Strong”, because it is in the correlation interval of 0.61 - 0.80. With the results described in this study that the t�count> t-table value = 9.281> 1.671. So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
