Abstract
The Surabaya Zoo has experienced many changes and advances which have resulted in an increasing number of MSEs in it. By understanding the relationship between business location, product variety and level of creativity with MSE business performance. Government organizations supporting MSEs, and business owners themselves can make more effective plans to increase the expansion and competitiveness of MSEs. The aim of the research is to understand and analyze the influence of business location on the business performance of culinary MSEs at the Surabaya Zoo, the influence of product variety on the business performance of culinary MSEs at the Surabaya Zoo, the influence of the level of creativity on the business performance of culinary MSEs at the Surabaya Zoo, the influence of business location. Product Variations and Level of Creativity for Culinary MSEs at the Surabaya Zoo. Using a quantitative approach through associative research using saturated sampling techniques or often called census which is included in the type of non-probability sampling. Data was obtained from 36 respondents through an e-questionnaire distributed via Google Form. Analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS software. The findings state that business location has no influence on business performance. Product variety also has no influence on business performance, while the level of creativity has an influence on business performance. It is hoped that this research will provide a theoretical and practical understanding of how business location, product variety and level of creativity influence the business performance of Surabaya Zoo MSEs.
