Abstract
This researcher aims to analyze the influence of products, location and promotions on tourist satisfaction in Setigi tourist destinations. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 100 respondents. The data processing technique in this research uses SPSS. Data is collected through a questionnaire which includes product, location, promotion and tourist satisfaction variables. The results of this researcher prove that the product variable (X1), partially influences the satisfaction variable of tourists visiting the Setigi tourism village of Sekapuk Ujungpangkah Gresik. Meanwhile, the location variable (X2) has no effect on tourist satisfaction at the Sekapuk Ujungpangkah Gresik village tourist attraction. Meanwhile, the last variable, namely promotion (X3), also partially has no effect on tourist satisfaction at the Sekapuk Ujungpangkah Gresik Village tourist attraction. The conclusion of this research shows that product, location and promotion significantly influence tourist satisfaction in Setigi. Product has the most dominant influence followed by location and promotion. This research suggests that managers of Setigi tourist destinations should focus on improving the quality of tourism products, ease of access and location comfort, as well as effective promotions to increase tourist satisfaction. It is hoped that these findings can contribute to tourism developers in Setigi and become a reference for future researchers.
