Abstract

Brand Image is a set of associations about a brand that is stored in the mind or memory of the consumer. This study, entitled Impact of Brand Image and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions of Thrifting in Tugu Pahlawan (TP Pagi) Surabaya has a formulation of the problem of how great the influence of brand image and product quality on the purchase decision of thrifting at Togu Pahawan (PP Pagi). The purpose of this research is to know and analyze how much the impact of brand Image and product Quality on the decision of purchase of thriving in Surabaya. This type of research is a field survey. Methods used for quantitative analysis and data collection techniques with questionnaires. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained by the subjects, namely visitors to the Thrifting at Tugu Pahlawan (TP Pagi) Surabaya, and secondarily data obtaining by reading literature, books, articles, journals, internet data and previous scripts and theses. Based on the analysis of the data carried out, partially and simultaneously variables brand image and product quality have a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision thrifting in Tugu Pahlawan (TP Pagi) Surabaya. In this study, it is expected that Thrifting in Tugu Pahlawan (TP Pagi) Surabaya continues to update and always get a good product image in the eyes of the public so that the products produced can meet consumer expectations and increase sales rates.
