Abstract

With the growing development of the health industry, especially in the orthopedic implant trading industry. This makes the orthopedic implant trading industry an opportunity for manufacturers and providers of orthopedic implants. This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Brand Trust and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions for AAP Joints GmbH brand orthopedic implant products at PT Arthrotech Medika Indonesia. This type of research is a type of quantitative research with a sample of 100 samples filled in by Orthopedic Specialists and Health Workers. The results of this study indicate that partially the Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, then the Brand Trust variable has a positive and insignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions and the Promotion variable does not have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. However, simultaneously all independent variables have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for orthopedic implants of the AAP Joints GmbH brand at PT Arthrotech Medika Indonesia.
