Abstract

One of the government's obligations is to provide comfortable, safe and affordable public transportation for its people. The Surabaya City Goverment, to meet the community's need for public transportation, has provided various types of public transportation, one of which is Freeder Wira Wiri Surabaya. Freeder Wira Wiri Surabaya is a feeder public transportation based on the GOBIS online application which has 7 travel routes, with modern facilities and affordable fares. This research discusses the effectiveness of Freeder Wira Wiri Suroboyo transportation services in increasing public transportation user satisfaction. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the Freeder Wira Wiri Suroboyo transportation service in increasing the satisfaction of public transportation users and the factors that support and inhibit the implementation of the Wira Wiri Suroboyo program. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. By using 2 theories, namely user satisfaction theory according to Pasolog and PERWALI No. 43 Article 40 of 2021 concerning minimum service standards. The results of this research are that the effectiveness of the Wira Wiri Suroboya freeder transportation service in increasing public transportation user satisfaction is good/satisfactory, this means that the statement is in accordance with what the Surabaya City government and the community expect by providing modern public transportation in the City of Surabaya.
